Once a book has been written in, drawn in, or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders and Fulfillment

Muted and Made products may be purchased through multiple sales channels, including our website, Amazon, Meta Shop, and wholesale platforms such as Faire.

• Amazon and third-party platforms: Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party platforms are processed and fulfilled according to their respective policies. Returns, refunds, and shipping issues must be handled directly through those platforms.
• Website (Shopify) orders: Orders placed directly through our website are fulfilled by Muted and Made LLC. For these orders, we handle customer support, returns, and replacements directly.

Returns and Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at brittney@mutedandmade.com and we will arrange a replacement.

For orders placed on our website:

• Returns or concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
• Items must be unused and unaltered to be eligible for return or replacement

• Once a product has been filled out, written in, or customized in any way, it is not eligible for return or replacement

Wholesale and Resale
